When is it time to seek therapy?  This can be a daunting task, and with misconceptions on who would benefit from therapy often individuals who would greatly benefit from support never get the help they need. These questions may help guide you in deciding if therapy would be beneficial to you.

The foundation of my therapy practice is to create a safe, non-judgemental space for anyone seeking support and guidance to help them problem-solve and navigate their current emotional challenges. I believe each person has the innate ability and strength to heal and overcome past or current difficulties. I offer a safe and validating environment where we can explore and tap into these strengths to help you overcome barriers and find happiness and peace to live your best life.

I work with adolescents and adults.  Area’s of specialization include:

Group Therapy

NEW! Emotional Eating Group

Have you tried dieting over and over again only to find yourself discouraged and frustrated every time you "fail"? Do you find yourself stressing and thinking about food constantly? Do you find yourself in a cycle of depriving yourself and then overeating? Then this group may be what you are looking for. Come learn how to stop the cycle of yo-yo dieting, develop a positive body image, and learn how to love eating without distress. This is a small group up to 8 individuals who meet once a week over a 6 week period in the evenings. If enough interest may offer a separate group for daytime hours. Contact me for more information!
