I will lead you in creating a personal health plan focused on results-oriented steps to reach your ultimate goals. Changing behavior is difficult, but this collaborative process will enable you tap into your values and vision for health. You will be empowered and motivated to make sustainable changes that last a lifetime.
Most Sessions occur either face to face, by phone, or video chat. You will receive a 45 minute session to include a personalized health plan, coaching materials and resources, receive monthly emails with tips and the most up to date information on health and wellness, as well as accountability and support to address barriers and challenges that may arise in your health journey.
